The Lassonde Pavilion is a green project that meets LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) standards. The principles of LEED apply to the project as a whole, including its landscape design. The site was developed in a sustainable fashion, with a focus of energy and water efficiency. Local materials and native plants were used throughout.
