Beaux-Arts Condos is a residential complex located on Sherbrooke Street West in Montreal. The project is composed of a contemporary tower adjacent to a row of 19th century greystone houses. The project includes terrace level gardens and the integration of the business functions on the ground floor of Sherbrooke Street. The roof of these houses was designed to create a visual interest for the residents of the upper floors of the adjacent tower while avoiding an overload of weight.
