This mixed-use development features a rich mix of Art Deco inspired building with commercial activities on the ground floor and apartments on the upper floors. The building arrangement creates interesting courtyard spaces within the development. The Supo River crosses the site from east to west and becomes the ecological focal element of the development. A manmade river branch is created along the south side of the site for flood control purposes.
